NHL Buzz: Sunday’s Rumors

This is the second edition of NHL Buzz; here are some rumors from around the NHL:

Leafs GM Brian Burke desperately wants a first round pick and could move Kaberle for the fourth overall pick held by the Columbus Blue Jackets.

The Bruins could try and trade up for the No. 1 pick in this year's draft as they want a goal-scorer and Hall will help the Bruins more then Seguin.

The Bruins could move Michael Ryder, Blake Wheeler, and Tim Thomas for a goal-scorer or draft picks.

John MacLean appears to be the leading candidate for the New Jersey Devils' vacant coaching position.

The Columbus Blue Jackets are still waiting on Guy Boucher of the Hamilton Bulldogs (Canadiens farm team) and Bob Boughner of the Windsor Spitfires (Memorial Cup champions back-to-back years).

It appears as though LA Kings forward Alex Frolov will not re-sign with the Kings as he is believed to be asking for $4.5 to 5 million per season.

UPDATE: Anaheim Ducks GM Bob Murray has contacted Bobby Ryan's agent about a contract extension.
