We don't know if Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony, Mark Cuban, and Jerry Buss did anything that was stated by Jonathan Lee Riches.
But common sense tells us that they are most likely innocent.

Like I said earlier, Jonathan Lee Riches.
A man incarcerated in the Federal Medical Center in Arlington, Kentucky. He has sued everyone from Mike Vick to George W. Bush.
He has also filed lawsuits on other big name celebrities such as Bernie Madoff and Perez Hilton. In fact, this man has been called "the most litigious man in the world" in the Guiness Book Of World Records.
So why is he filing this suit against high profile NBA players? Well, he's crazy.
