Eric Gordon scored a season-high 36 points and snatched five steals for the Clippers en route to a 113-90 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Monday night.
The Clippers held a 56-33 advantage on the boards, having three players with at least nine rebounds.
They also shot 51 percent, compared to just 40 percent for the Wolves.
They led 68-58 at half, and kept Minnesota to just 32 points in the second half, including a paltry 11 in the fourth quarter.
Blake Griffin and Ryan Gomes had 22 points and 10 rebounds apiece for Los Angeles, and DeAndre Jordan chipped in nine points and nine rebounds.
For Gomes, it was the second time he faced the team he played with from 2007-10, where he was a regular starter in Minneapolis. The Clips improved to 1-1 in those contests.
Michael Beasley had 20 points and Kevin Love added 12 points and 10 rebounds for his 15th consecutive double-double, a streak that dates back to November 19th, when he went scoreless in 34 minutes in a 112-95 loss to the Lakers.
