J.R. Smith's ejection video provides visual evidence of one of the NBA's most talented and hot-headed hoopsters losing his cool.
After spending much of Friday's game pushing and shoving with Raja Bell, Smith took things up a notch midway through the fourth quarter.
After getting the ball on the break with Smith as the last line of defense, Bell went strong to the rim and Smith absolutely leveled him.
Deron Williams and Paul Millsap ran over to protect their fallen teammate, while Smith simply walked away.
After some discussion, he was called for a flagrant 2 and ejected from the game.
And of course, he didn't particularly seem to care.
With the irritating Bell and the volatile Smith shadowing one another for much of the night, it was pretty easy to see this coming.
As an NBA fan, few players are more entertaining to watch than Smith, who has all the talent in the world and absolutely no concept of unselfish play or quality shot selection.
He might drop a jaw-dropping dunk or splash home a 28-foot 3-pointer. Or he might go 1-of-9 with six turnovers and be banished to the bench.
