The basketball world anxiously awaits Mike D'Antoni's imprint on the L.A. Lakers offense. In theory, his style isn't compatible with L.A.'s plodding talent. Mike is a basketball minimalist, so simplicity is favored over wrinkles and counter moves. Los Angeles will rely on a thin structure and the decision-making ability of offense initiators like Steve Nash and Kobe Bryant. In short, this ain't no Triangle. Here's how the offense will probably run.
