Charles Barkley Changes NBA Finals Prediction: ‘I Think They Can Sweep Miami’

Charles Barkley was a guest on The Dan Patrick Show on Friday, and he used the time to show just how impressed he was with the San Antonio Spurs, saying he thought they could sweep the Miami Heat.

In Game 1 of the NBA Finals, San Antonio held LeBron James to 18 points in a 92-88 road victory (even though he still registered a triple-double).

As you would expect, it was an entertaining interview from Barkley, who called the Heat an "extremely flawed team." He figured that the only way the Heat could win four games was if LeBron took over four times.

Barkley switched up his initial pick, saying, "I picked the Spurs in six. I’m going to have to change that. I don’t think the Heat will get out of San Antonio. I really want to say something silly right now. I think they can sweep Miami, to be honest with you. I do."

Barkley pointed to San Antonio's ability to protect the ball more effectively than the Indiana Pacers (whom he said outplayed the Heat) as justification for his pick.
