Winnipeg Jets: Who the Jets Should Target 13th Overall

The 2013 NHL draft is just over a week away, and the Jets will be looking to add another young star to their roster with the 13th overall pick in the first round.

There are plenty of options and more than a few routes for the Jets to go, with forward being their biggest need. Bo Horvat, Adam Erne, Alexander Wennberg, Curtis Lazar and Hunter Shinkaruk are just a few names that will most likely be around when the Jets' time comes to make their selection.

However, a name I haven't mentioned yet is the one the Jets should hope is still available when they make their pick. And that name is Max Domi.

Domi is a 5'9 center and weighs just under 200 pounds. He spent two seasons in the OHL with the London Knights, where he made a name for himself. Max, unlike his father, Tie, is an elite offensive talent. He has great skill, vision, hands and scores lots of goals.

He fits the bill perfectly, and the Jets need a center. Moreover, one with the talent and skill set Max possesses.
