Top 10 NBA Players of the Decade

After a lot of hard thinking and the debating of different players that have played in this historic decade, I have finally assembled the ultimate top ten players from the 2000’s.



10. Jason Kidd: Phoenix Suns (2000-2001), New Jersey Nets (2001-2008), Dallas Mavericks (2008-2009)

Not known for his scoring prowess, Jason, without a shadow of a doubt, has solidified himself as one of the top passers of all time.

In the 2000’s, Jason led the league in assists per game four times, more then any player this decade. Jason is also currently second on the all time list in assists; only trailing John Stockton by about 5,000 assists.

Jason is the only player in NBA history to record at least 15,000 points, 7,000 rebounds, and 10,000 assists. He was elected an All-Defensive Selection eight times, and was voted to the NBA All-Star Game seven times this decade.
