Harvey Fialkov of the Sun Sentinel confirmed Jagr's status for the contest against the Boston Bruins.
Gallant Comments on Jagr's Injury
Wednesday, Oct. 28
According to Craig Davis of the Sun Sentinel, "Panthers coach Gerard Gallant said Jagr's injury is 'hopefully minor,' a slight strain of the groin or hip that has been bothering him for the past week."
Gallant said that Jagr could have returned to the game Tuesday night if needed and that he could play Friday against the Bruins, per George Richards of the Miami Herald.
