October 30th, 2015 by Andy Bailey Leave a reply »
Behind big performances from LeBron James and Kevin Love, the Cleveland Cavaliers cruised to a victory over James's former team, the Miami Heat, 102-92 on Friday at the Quicken Loans Arena.

James scored 29 points on 13-of-19 shooting, grabbed five rebounds and handed out five assists. Love pitched in with 24 points on 6-of-15 shooting and grabbed 14 rebounds.

Cleveland got great contributions off its bench as well. Tristan Thompson nearly notched a double-double of his own, scoring 13 points and collecting nine rebounds. And backup point guard Matthew Dellavedova had 10 assists.

Miami was led by Dwyane Wade, who had 25 points on 8-of-15 shooting, but also committed seven turnovers. He was joined in double-figures by every other Heat starter.

It was the Heat bench that struggled, going 7-of-23 from the field, including 1-of-9 from Gerald Green.

Miami will have a chance to avenge this loss on Saturday, December 5, at home.
