Oklahoma City Thunder guard Russell Westbrook has 121 points and 37 assists through the first four games of the 2015-16 season, making him the first player since Nate "Tiny" Archibald of the 1972-73 Kansas City-Omaha Kings to record 120 or more points and 35 or more assists through just four games, per Elias Sports Bureau (via ESPN Stats & Info).
Archibald, a Hall of Famer and three-time All-NBA First Team selection, went on to lead the league in points per game (34), assists per game (11.4) and minutes per game (46) during the '72-73 season, though his Kings finished just 36-46 and didn't make the playoffs.
Westbrook learned a thing or two about putting a shaky roster on his back last season, but with superstar forward Kevin Durant now healthy, there's little chance the 26-year-old guard will maintain his current averages of 30.3 points, 9.3 assists and 7.5 rebounds in 35.5 minutes per game.
Playing without Durant for much of last season, Westbrook finished the campaign with career-best averages of 28.1 points, 8.6 assists and 7.3 rebounds.
