New Orleans Pelicans superstar Anthony Davis suffered a left shoulder injury during Tuesday night's game against the Denver Nuggets and did not return. A timeline for his return has yet to be established.

Latest on Davis' Playing Status  Wednesday, Nov. 18 While Davis made the trip to Oklahoma City, his status for the Pelicans' Wednesday night game against the Thunder "remains uncertain," per John Reid of NOLA.com.

Davis Exits After Slow Start vs. Nuggets Tuesday, Nov. 17 Davis started the contest and failed to score in six minutes of action, but he was removed in the first half because of his shoulder injury. The team confirmed he would not return, and Scott Kushner of the Advocate noted, "This is the fourth game Anthony Davis has missed at least two quarters (out of 11). Makes life very difficult on a struggling team."
