Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green has been a hot topic in the basketball world since his locker room outburst during halftime of Saturday night's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
As a result, people have thrown Green's name around on the Internet a lot lately, both good and bad. The 2016 NBA All-Star knows that writers are just doing their jobs when they put out articles on him, but at the same time, he doesn't want his name to be used as clickbait.
That much was made clear on Twitter.
Ahead of Thursday night's rematch between the Thunder and Warriors, ESPN.com's Ethan Strauss and Royce Young discussed the state of each team. In the piece, Strauss wrote that there is tension in the Warriors locker room, with Green playing a role in it. A mobile alert quoted Strauss as saying the tension was "concerning."
When he received some backlash on Twitter, Strauss didn't back down:
