The state of Minnesota's biggest cities—Minneapolis and St. Paul— are called the "Twin Cities."
Who's Minneapolis and who's St. Paul?
Well in my opinion it does not matter, because Al Jefferson and Kevin Love are arguably in the top three frontcourts in the NBA.
Why?
Because not only do they compliment each other on the court and off the court, but it shows up on the stat sheet.
Al Jefferson's Stat Line: 17.6 PPG, 9.10 RPG, 2.1 APG, 1.1 BPG, 0.8 SPG
Kevin Love's Stat Line: 15.5 PPG, 12.50 RPG, 2.9 APG, 0.4 BPG, 1.1 SPG
Combined: 33.1 PPG, 21.6 RPG, 4.0 APG, 1.5 BPG, 1.9 SPG
That's absolutely crazy, and that is directly comparable to elite frontcourts in the NBA. But it was their last game that truly was impressive, and opened my eyes to the Wolves' future.
Al Jefferson's Stat Line: 23 points, 16 rebounds, six assists, and one block on 12-18 from the field.
Kevin Love's Stat Line: 26 points, 14 rebounds, one assist, and one block on 6-12 from the field.
