With another NBA draft in the books, there's only one thing left to do: Give instant analysis about who came up smiling and who came up crying this morning.
The Southeast Division held the privilege of having the team with the No. 1 overall pick—the Washington Wizards—and they didn't disappoint, landing their new franchise point guard.
