2010 NBA Pre-Season: Bulls vs. Mavericks Recap

The second preseason comes and goes, the Dallas Mavericks defeat the Chicago Bulls the final score was 88-83. I find it pretty odd that Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle played his key players in the fourth quarter then bring couple of his starters back on the floor to close out the game while the Bulls rest their starters for the rest of the game. An odd and a risky decision by Rick Carlisle luckily there are no injury by his key players, I guess he does not want the team to go 0-2 at home in preseason.

Chicago Bulls offense looks good, the difference the offense run compare to the first preseason game against the Milwaukee Bucks is that they run lot of offense through the big men starting at the high post or having the big men actually use some dribble penetration. Joakim Noah who had a great game he had six assists, eight rebounds, three steals, and 13 points, if he had played more amount of minutes he would have a triple double. He did looked much better than he was shown his first preseason game against the Bucks.

Again, the Bulls continue struggling knocking down from the three-point line, they were shooting 6-21 from behind ...
