Just when we thought the NBA couldn't one up itself anymore, we then encountered the summer of 2010 and the beginning of the 2010-11 season. We have seen just about everything when it comes to organized basketball from the new generation of athletes exceptional acrobatic abilities to the veterans of the league making postseason pushes that not even some of the most talented players today could accomplish.

It almost seems like the beginning of the 2010-11 campaign is building off of the momentum left from the end of the captivating 2009-10 season where a decisive game seven decided who would take home the championship for that year. Only 30 games into the season and we have already seen plays that haven't been pulled off in years. The absurd amount of buzzer beaters and play of the year nominees have already heightened the interest of old and new NBA fans.

The past year has without a doubt been one of the most spectacular in recent memory because of the game-time implications and the signings that have re-shaped the face of the NBA for the next decade.
