Many readers will be sick of hearing about stupid and ridiculous free agency rumours surrounding next summers potentially historic offseason. And, off topic, I am one of many that think a LeBron James transfer to a spluttering Knicks squad would be as ridiculous as Allen Iverson's excuse for bailing on a Grizzlies franchise that may have saved his career.
But while enjoying another well rounded ESPN: NBA Today Podcast , Ryen Russillo kindly pointed out to me that Chicago will have $8-13 million of cap space available next summer. Interesting.
Potential MVP candidate, Dwyane Wade, will most likely brave the unforgiving waters of free agency next year. That is, of course, if the Heat do not make a high profile persuasion in the form of a talented NBA player to get him to stay there.
As a native of Chicago, there is nothing that would please Wade more than playing in front of the people he grew up with, and in the city he loves.
And nothing would please the fans of the "Windy City" more than to have another Jordan bringing home championships.
