Dwight Howard Video: Watch Superman’s Technical Foul and Temper Tantrum

Dwight Howard's video has been somewhat of a talking point in some NBA circles the past couple of days, and it's because of his time at the free throw line.

We all know that Howard is a terrible foul shooter. He's not a guy you want to see at the charity stripe with the game on the line and he's been working on improving his numbers by slowing down the process at the line.

However, the league has told Orlando that its center is taking too long at the line, and on Christmas, of all days, the referees finally took action, calling Howard for a delay of game because he took too long to shoot.

Howard disagreed with the ruling, to say the least—he threw the ball and ended up getting a technical foul and wasn't any happier about it after the game, despite a big win for the Magic.

"I can see if I was shooting 98 percent from the line," Howard said to the media after the game. "But I'm not. It's not stopping the game flow. It's a free throw. So the clock is stopped, period. I'm going to continue to do it."

Despite being called for delay of game, don't expect anything to change when Howard gets fouled.
