Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade knew that when he came up with a steal near the end of the first half against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Thursday in Minneapolis that he didn't have much time to work with.
However, there was just enough left on the clock for him to make something happen.
Wade got possession of the ball—from just inside of the Timberwolves' three-point line—with about 1.3 seconds remaining in the second quarter. After a quick spin, he let it fly.
Three points.
Wade's half-court shot extended the Heat's lead to 49-39 entering the break.
