It looks like the Houston Rockets are back on a roll, especially after the team’s come-from-behind 111-109 victory over Golden State on Thursday night.
Down double-digits midway through the fourth quarter, the Rockets mounted a furious comeback and sealed the win with clutch shooting and free throws.
And oh yeah, a guy by the name of Shane Battier recorded a season-high six blocks (to go along with 10 points, 10 rebounds, and four assists) in Houston’s wild win.
"This is the first time I’ve felt good in a long time," Battier told Rockets.com staff writer Jason Friedman. "I felt springy last night against the Clippers and felt springy here tonight. It’s been awhile since I’ve felt good, so hopefully I can continue to feel good. The main thing is jumping. I haven’t been able to jump the entire year, that’s why I’m averaging two and a half rebounds a game. I’m just moving better, and for me if I feel good, I play well."
The recent West coast swing has been sweet to the Rockets, winners of three straight heading into tonight's showdown in Portland.
