LeBron and John Wall: Together in Brooklyn?

The New Jersey Nets' record stands at 3-33. They are in serious danger of setting a league record for losses in a season.

That could be a good thing, though. Let me paint a picture:

It's opening night in Brooklyn, N.Y. Excited fans fill the brand new state-of-the-art facility to capacity. The lights go down and the PA is introducing the starting line up.

Brook Lopez, Yi Jianlian, Devin Harris, John Wall, and LeBron James.

Could it happen?

It looks like New Jersey will have the best odds in the John Wall sweepstakes this summer. They have a better chance than anyone else.

What about LeBron?

He would get his big market team in Brooklyn, New York.

He would be playing for a team partly owned by his good friend, Jay-Z.

They certainly have the cap space to afford him.

Maybe New Jersey is, in fact, heading in the right direction this season. Maybe, just maybe, that ping pong ball will fall their way.

Not only would it give them a future superstar in John Wall, it might just be what convinces LeBron to move to Brooklyn.
