The Memphis Grizzlies' struggle to move beyond the .500 mark has taken a hit with star point guard Mike Conley battling an injury to his foot.

The Grizzlies announced Conley will miss Monday's game against Cleveland because of soreness in his left foot and will be re-evaluated in three to five days.
Conley has been hobbled by injuries, despite playing in most of Memphis' games. The 28-year-old was on the bench with an Achilles issue on Jan. 6 against Oklahoma City, which came shortly after he suffered injuries to his abdomen and back.
The injuries have clearly affected Conley's play this season. He's shooting a career-worst 42.4 percent from the floor, and his scoring average is at its lowest level since 2012-13. Through 56 games this season, Conley is averaging 15.3 points, 6.1 assists and 2.9 rebounds.
Scoring has been hard to come by for the Grizzlies this season, who rank near the bottom in offensive efficiency and in points per game, per Basketball-Reference.com. Conley is one of their few impact scorers when healthy ...
