LeBron James scored 27 points, Kevin Love added 22 points and 15 rebounds and the Cleveland Cavaliers topped the Milwaukee Bucks, 115-100, at Quicken Loans Arena on Thursday night.

Mo Williams (leg) sat this one out, and Timofey Mozgov did not come out for the second half due to a right shoulder strain.

The Cavaliers got out to a hot start early and never looked back, scoring 28 points in the first quarter. By halftime, Cleveland led 63-48.

The Cavs would proceed to extend their lead to 18 in the third quarter, but the Bucks would make a run.

Milwaukee trimmed the deficit to five late in the period, dropping 31 points on the Cavaliers during the third quarter overall.

However, Cleveland staved off the rally, building the lead back up to double digits early in the fourth period and led by at least 10 points for most of the final 12 minutes.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with a career-high 33 points, going 12-of-15 from the floor and making all eight of his free-throw attempts.

Greg Monroe chipped in 17.
