The San Antonio Spurs have shown through the first two games why they were such massive favorites to win their first-round playoff series with the Memphis Grizzlies.

The Spurs were the biggest favorites of any team to advance and have beaten the Grizzlies by an average of 29 points so far as the scene shifts to Memphis for Game 3 on Friday.

San Antonio is listed as a consensus 11.5-point road favorite at sportsbooks monitored by Odds Shark and has grown to -100000 to win the series (bet $100,000 to win $100) for those still willing to take that wager.

The Spurs opened as 11-point chalk on the NBA betting lines, the biggest point spread for any road team in NBA playoff history, after setting similar marks at home for the first two games. San Antonio closed as a 16.5-point favorite in a 106-74 rout in Game 1 and got up to 18.5-point favorites before closing at 17.5 points and winning 94-68 in Game 2.
