His opt-out Tuesday is seen as a perfectly timed ploy to land that one last long-term contract with the Mavs that gets him to retirement.
But just for giggles, let's assume that the negotiations in Dallas absolutely fall apart.
Who would want the big-man scoring machine? Yes, we know, everybody.
But who could logistically swing a deal?
Again, assume that Mark Cuban is angry at Dirk's departure but still smart enough to know a sign-and-trade can net him something as a parting gift.
