Dwight Howard has asked Royce Reed, the mother of his son, for $500 million, TMZ reported Thursday.
According to the report, the Orlando Magic’s center filed legal documents asking to be compensated for Reed violating a gag order that was supposed to prevent her from speaking to the media about their “personal situation.”
Reed, who appeared on VH1’s “Basketball Wives,” allegedly leaked information to the media 11 times since the 2009 gag order.
In the documents Howard filed, he declared that if the “information” reached more than one million people, then the damages should exceed a little more than $500 million.
According to the documents, this was agreed upon between Howard and Reed.
Reed’s representatives, according to TMZ, deny that Reed leaked any information, and instead say that any information leaked came from other legal documents and thus was not part of the agreement between Howard and Reed.
