The Chicago Bulls snapped the Philadelphia 76ers' three-game winning streak, netting a 93-88 victory at home.
The Bulls were able to gain the advantage by dominating the glass—Chicago out-rebounded the 76ers by 50-37, led by a 13-rebound effort from center Joakim Noah. Outside of the rebounding, the Bulls were also efficient from the field, shooting 46.9 percent from the field.
The 76ers were led by Thaddeus Young, who effectively filled the stat sheet in a losing effort. Young had 22 points, seven rebounds, four blocks and four steals but didn't find much support from his teammates outside of Jrue Holiday, who notched 23 points and seven assists.
Player of the Game: Luol Deng
Noah was the team's leading rebounder, but it was Deng that paced the Bulls with a great all-around performance. The small forward scored 25 points on 10-of-16 shooting from the field but was also the team's top distributor with seven assists.
