Say Bye To Coach Vinny: Noah Plays Only 12 Seconds in Both Overtimes

Last night, the Chicago Bulls had a game against the worst team in the NBA, the New Jersey Nets. They had already lost to them this year, so I expected a close game. And a close game is what it was.

The game did go on to double overtime, and during the second overtime I started thinking to myself, "Where the hell is Joakim Noah?!"

The Bulls went on to lose the game in double overtime. I later found out that Noah only played 12 seconds in both overtimes combined!

Vinny Del Negro said Noah had reached his 35-minute limit, despite the fact that he was given clearance for more minutes by upper management, including GM Gar Forman. So why Del Negro would only play him by his 35-minute limit, I have no idea. Especially considering GM Gar Foreman and upper management cleared Noah to play more minutes.

The Bulls have already been looking at firing Coach Del Negro, and this may be the icing on the cake. If the Bulls miss the playoffs, this decision will most likely come back to haunt him.

I would love to interview a couple of Bulls players and coaches to see what they think about this, and what they think about Coach Vinny ...
