Stephen Jackson’s Agent To ESPN: “No One Trusts Don Nelson”

Moments after a blowout loss the Sacramento Kings, Stephen Jackson's agent, Mark Stevens, slammed Golden State Warriors' Head Coach Don Nelson, according to Chris Broussard of ESPN.

"No one trusts Don Nelson," Stevens said to Broussard. "When Nelson was in Milwaukee, Wayne Embry trusted him and brought him in, and he betrayed Embry. In Dallas, Mark Cuban took damn good care of him and his son [Donnie Nelson Jr.], and he betrayed Cuban. In Golden State, Chris Mullin hired him and trusted him and Nelson back stabbed him by reaching out to president Robert Rowell and blaming Mullin for everything that was going wrong with the Warriors."

Stevens' remarks come after the Warriors claimed they would accommodate the trade request Jackson made back in August. Jackson said he wanted to play for a championship.

During the annual Warriors' Media Day, Jackson ripped the organization, saying the team had taken steps back since the spectacular 2007 playoff run by losing Jason Richardson, Baron Davis and most recently Al Harrington.

Currently, Stevens wants Jackson out of the Bay Area as soon as possible.
