Timber-Wolf: Do Timberwolves Need Evan Turner Badly?

This needs to be discussed before lottery day.

On everyone's draft board, there are two franchise caliber players that are supposed to go one and two, John Wall and Evan Turner.

John Wall is a point guard, a supreme athlete with ridiculous upside, and certain intangibles unseen in an 19 year old.

Evan Turner is a true leader, shot creater in every facet of the game, with all intangibles that could one day rival some of the best in the NBA.

The Minnesota Timberwolves are very fortunate, seeing as they have more talent than their 15 wins would suggest. The problem is most of their talent is in their big men who play the same position.

Not a bad thing? I beg to differ.

The Wolves have a legitimate chance(19.9%) of nabbing the number one pick, and if they do, the question is, will they attempt to grab the second pick?

Is it greed? Maybe. Is it smart though? More than likely.

Would the Minnesota Timberwolves, a team that hasn't had an elite point guard in quite a long time be satisfied with John Wall instead of having a wing player that can create his own shot and bail them out of situations ...
