It can be assured that fans have heard by now that both Jonathan Toews and Duncan Keith have been the first six players selected to the NHL’s 2010-2011 All-Star Game. The game will be played on Sunday, Jan. 30 at the Raleigh Convention Center in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Incidentally, Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville will coach one of the All-Star teams as well.
This is a great reflection of the Blackhawks, their team, their coaching staff and the organization as a whole.
Fans have recognized that Chicago has two very good players in Keith and Toews, and these guys are basically the heart and soul of the Blackhawks offense and defense. Both players have helped lead Chicago this season and both are well deserving of this honor. They have both had a nice season and really deserve the honor that they have gotten.
So how have Toews and Keith’s season worked out so far? Let’s take a quick look at what each of these guys has done so far this season to get themselves into the All-Star game.
