Weekly Review:

Sunday (10/24): The New York Rangers recalled young winger Jeremy Williams to play against the New Jersey Devils Sunday night. The Rangers defeated the rival Devils 3-1, beginning the season series with a strong victory.

Monday (10/25): The Rangers re-assigned Jeremy Williams to the Hartford Wolf Pack after Sunday night’s game.

Wednesday (10/27): The Rangers took on the Atlanta Thrashers and got off to a strong start in the game, but in the end they were given a loss, 6-4.

Thursday (10/28): The Rangers made their second call-up of the week, this time it was Evgeny Grachev.

Friday (10/29): The Rangers lost their second game in a row, this time to the Carolina Hurricanes. It was a back-and-forth game for the Rangers and Hurricanes, but in the end, the ‘Canes came out victorious, 4-3.

Saturday (10/30): Last night the Rangers played the Toronto Maple Leafs for the third time this month. The Leafs won the first game, the Rangers the second game, and then again last night. Henrik Lundqvist played very well in goal for the Rangers, l ...
