Pittsburgh Penguins winger Pascal Dupuis has missed the last two games following a precautionary trip to the hospital. However, it looks like the winger is close to making a return.

Johnston Comments on Dupuis' Timeline for Return Monday, Nov. 9 “I think through the year they’re always going to be cautious whenever anything arises,” head coach Mike Johnston said, via Jenn Menendez of the Pittsburgh Post Gazette. “The doctors just felt they needed to be precautionary as far as symptoms that he had. That’s the way it’s going to be with his situation. He’s cleared to practice right now. We expect he’ll be cleared to play.”

Dupuis' Symptoms "May or May Not" Be Related to Blood Clots Friday, Nov. 6 "We’ve said all along that Pascal’s health is the highest priority," general manager Jim Rutherford said in a statement, per the team's official website. "We will take every precaution necessary to ensure he is in good health."
